We seek a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to expand our presence and drive sales within the German market. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, possess strong sales acumen, and deeply understand export control compliance regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate the German market, identifying key prospects and cultivating strong business relationships.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets by promoting our SaaS solution for export control compliance.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and pain points related to export control compliance, providing tailored solutions and demonstrating the value of our software.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities, providing insights for product enhancement and market positioning.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies and enhance market presence.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of five years of proven sales/business development experience in the software/SaaS industry, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Expertise: Deep understanding of export control compliance regulations and familiarity with SaaS solutions in this domain.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Relationship Building: Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate and expand within the German market.
